Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) will under no circumstance share any clients personal information with anyone or company without their consent. 2. At Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) we showcase our goods/work on our social pages, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. 3. It is Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) responsibility to obtain permission from the client before tagging the client on our social media posts/pages.
- Privacy: Clients personal information will only be obtained for our client base and delivery services.
- Acceptable use: Clients/users are not to take Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) content and use maliciously to discredit or slander Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) in any way. Failure to comply will result in lawful prosecution.
- Liability: Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) will not be held liable for any goods delivered to the wrong address nor to late possession of the goods due to the clients unavailability. Goods not received by the client on time due to unavailability will result in the goods returning back to Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) and a courier dispatch will be issued again provided Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) and the client agreed to for the second dispatch of the package and client has confirmed availability. 2. The second dispatch costs will still remain the clients responsibility. 3. Should the client fail to avail themselves for the third time, will result in the package returning back to Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) and NO refund (100%) will be awarded back to the client. 3. Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) will not be held liable for any goods/packages damaged in transit.
