- Delivery: Our delivery services spread nation-wide using our trusted The Courier Guy courier services, that we have been in business with for the past 5 years. We also use Pep Paxi and Postnet. Our deliveries are mostly overnight deliveries, and we offer door to door deliveries or to your preferred address. be it at home or at your workplace.
- Important note:- Note it is the client's responsibility to be at the specified address (address given to Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) by the client, to receive their package.
- Returns: Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) manufactures supreme quality goods that are spot checked during manufacturing and before delivery to ensure there are no manufactory defects on the goods. Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions: - 1. Returns should be made within 3 business days of purchase. 2. The goods should be packaged in its ORIGIONAL PACKAGING and couriered or posted back to Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) within 3 business days. 3. The return delivery costs will be the clients responsibility. 4. Important notes (point 3, 4 & 5):- Content of the manufactured goods is taken post manufacturing. 5. Only 50% of the clients purchase amount will be refunded to the clients preferred account within 3 business days post the package being received by Vivre La' Amour PTY(Ltd) should the client not have an interest in a replacement item.
